Do NOT put this file in the repo. Open sitemap.xml in GitHub, click the pencil,
and paste these immediately before the closing </urlset> tag.

Leave /app out. It is a redirector and carries noindex.

If the other entries in your sitemap do not use <changefreq>, delete those
two lines so the file stays consistent. <loc>, <lastmod> and <priority> are
the ones that matter.
