Built solo in India by founder Aditi Joon, it carries no advertising.
StoryVeda is an audio-first bedtime storytelling app for children aged 2–12, built to make bedtime calmer rather than louder. It generates personalised stories from a child's name, age, interests, pets and family, and narrates them in English, Hindi, Hinglish, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali or Marathi — including the ability to pronounce a child's name the way their family says it. Alongside a library of 270 illustrated stories sit prayers, chants, guided meditations, a spoken gratitude journal and festival stories that arrive on time. There is no advertising, no autoplay and nothing inside a story for a child to buy. StoryVeda was built solo, from home, by founder Aditi Joon, previously eight years in the Government of India.
